[Neutron] VITESS gone or site moved?

Hi,

For several times in trying connecting to the Vitess homepage at HMI, I always get this error message? 

"The requested URL /projects/ess/vitess/ was not found on this server.Please inform the maintainer of the external
referring page about the bad link."

I hope it is not that ESS is now alive, but Vitess dead :P?  Any helps? Thank much in advance!
