[Neutron] Call for Proposals, IBR-2 pulsed reactor facility

Dear Colleagues,

The Frank Laboratory of Neutron Physics, Joint Institute for Nuclear
Research is pleased to inform you that the physical and power start-up of
the modernized IBR-2 high flux pulsed reactor has been successfully
completed.
The realization of the User Programme is being restarted and you are
invited to submit an application for beam time at the IBR-2 reactor at the
user website hxxp://www.ibr2user.ru.

The deadline for submission is January 11, 2012.

The beam time will be distributed for the reactor operation cycles in the
period from May to December, 2012 on the basis of the proposal evaluation
results by the Expert Committees and in accordance with the FLNP JINR User
Policy regulations.
The detailed description of the instruments and sample environment is
