Dear all,

It appears that the information of the J-PARC symposium 2014 has not yet
been well distributed to some colleagues, mainly because of our delay in
sending the symposium posters to individual institute/organization.
Consequently we decided to re-extend the abstract submission deadline of
J-PARC 2014 to 11:59 pm (JST) on May 20.

If anyone has not yet submitted his/her abstract, please take this
opportunity. We also strongly encourage you to take an advantage of the
"early bird registration" with abstract submission.

For the abstract submission and registration, please visit
<http://j-parc.jp/symposium/j-parc2014/registration.html#abstract> the
symposium web site for submission now! We sincerely hope to see many of you
at Tsukuba in July!

Best regards,

Yujiro Ikeda

Chair of the Organizing Committee
