on 1<sup>st</sup> and 2<sup>nd</sup> May, 2009. In keeping with the three
earlier WINS meetings, held in Tokai, <st1:City w:st="on">Cairns</st1:City> and
<st1:place w:st="on"><st1:State w:st="on">Berlin</st1:State></st1:place>, WINS
2009 will be an informal workshop to discuss recent and future developments in
the instrumentation, software and sample environment equipment associated with
