neutron school will be organised. The <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns =
"urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" /><st1:place
w:st="on"><st1:PlaceName w:st="on">PNCMI</st1:PlaceName> <st1:PlaceType
w:st="on">School</st1:PlaceType></st1:place> will give a comprehensive
introduction to polarized neutrons, the techniques and their scientific
applications. A series of morning lectures from preeminent scientists in the
field will focus on state-of-the-art polarised neutron scattering techniques and
their applications to small-angle scattering, reflectometry, diffraction and
inelastic scattering. In the afternoons hands-on experiments will be performed
in small groups using the facilities of the <A title=http://www.rid.tudelft.nl/
href="http://www.rid.tudelft.nl/" target=_blank><FONT color=#0000ff>Reactor
Institute Delft</FONT></A>.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns =

is primarily intended for master/PhD students or young postdoctoral scientists
familiar with scattering techniques who are seeking additional training in

1st of April and notification of acceptance will be sent by mid-April. The
School is free of charge and a limited number of fellowships will be available.
