<P><FONT size=2 face=Arial>University of Wollongong, Electron Microscopy Centre, Innovation Campus </FONT></P>

<P><FONT size=2 face=Arial>A pre-conference workshop on “Applications of Electron Back Scattering Diffraction" will be hosted at the award-winning Innovation Campus of the University of Wollongong (UOW), located just over 1 hr from the Sydney International Airport. It will be conducted in the new state-of-the art UOW Electron Microscopy Centre. The workshop will disseminate current knowledge and techniques and will cater for both advanced and beginning EBSD users. Sessions will be presented by International and Australian experts on a range of topics, including: advanced 3D techniques, applications for different materials, preparation of “difficult” samples and in-situ experiments.</FONT></P>
