The Institute of Physical Chemistry of the Georg-August-University Göttingen operates the Three Axes Spectrometer PUMA at the Research neutron source Heinz-Maier-Leibnitz (FRM II) in Garching near Munich, that belongs to the most powerful instruments worldwide. Within the last years, a multianalyser system was developed as an innovative and unique compo-nent that allows time-resolved experiments on short time scales, in particular.
For the further development and the operation of the three axes spectrometer PUMA we are seeking a Postdoctoral Research Fellow.
(pay group E13 TV-L, full-time, place of employment Garching, limited-term employment initially until Sep 30, 2019, with the perspective of subsequent pro-longation at the Technical University of Munich)
