Students take note! (And profs, please pass this on...)

The 2007 Users Week at Argonne National Laboratory (May 7-12, 2006)
offers two great opportunities for students to gain special recognition
for their work at Argonne user facilities. The deadline is April 2.

1. Invited talk and free registration: Students may choose to have their
poster abstract considered for conversion to an invited 15-minute talk
during the plenary session on Monday, May 7. Those selected as speakers
will also receive free registration for the meeting. Note, however, that
these abstracts will be withdrawn from the student poster prize
competion.

2. Poster prize: All student posters will be considered for several cash
prizes; winners will be recognized at the banquet. Work at any of the
four participating facilities is eligible for a prize (Advanced Photon
Source, Center for Nanoscale Materials, Electron Microscopy Center, and
Intense Pulsed Neutron Source).
