Dear Colleagues,

We would like to draw your attention to the Summer School "Application of 
Neutrons and Synchrotron Radiation in Engineering Materials Science", 
which will be held in Lauenburg near Hamburg, Germany, from 12th to 16th 
September, 2011. Co-organisers are Helmholtz-Zentrum Geesthacht, DESY, 
Helmholtz-Zentrum Berlin, Technical University Berlin and Technical 
University Leoben. The school will provide a systematic overview of 
application of neutrons and synchrotron radiation to the structural 
analysis of engineering materials. The relevant experimental methods will 
be covered in a three day course followed by a practical in the remaining 
two days.
