Dear Friends and colleagues

Please help me distribute the following information within your network. I apologise in advance if you receive this more than once.

I presently have two 2-year Post Doctoral positions open within my group at the Niels Bohr Institute, University of Copenhagen. For both positions I need good young specialists in SAXS and SANS experiments and advanced data analysis. For both positions the deadline for application is February 15th, 2017.

The first position is in fundamental science and the project focuses on understanding protein-lipid co-structures including the biophysics of fuzzy complexes. This project takes place in the context of the larger University of Copenhagen based research project "SYNERGY –Investigating the Protein-Membrane Co-structural Dynamics as a new therapeutic avenue” See Synergy.ku.dk. – The job advert is available at http://employment.ku.dk/faculty/?show=882262

The second position is in applied science and focuses on industrial applications of SAXS and SANS. Typical samples are within soft matter and colloids and we collaborate with a broad range of Danish companies. The post doc candidate will be associated to the NXUS portal at University of Copenhagen (nxus.dk<http://www.nxus.dk/>) and the LINX project (linxproject.dk<http://www.linxproject.dk/>). – The job advert is available at http://employment.ku.dk/faculty/?show=882249

Ideal start dates for both positions are as soon as possible after March 1st. However I understand that I may have to wait a bit for good candidates.

Best regards Lise Arleth
