?Postdoctoral Position at Michigan State University


DUTIES: Experimental condensed matter with an emphasis on study of frustrated magnets and topological materials at Michigan State University.


QUALIFICATIONS: Ph.D. in Physics or Materials Science. Knowledge on frustrated magnets / topological materials and experience in the following areas are desirable: single crystal growth and synthesis, neutron and x-ray scattering techniques, bulk characterization using Quantum Design PPMS. The ideal candidate will have proven ability to independently solve problems, design and conduct experiments, and good communication and collaboration skills.


This is a one-year appointment with the potential for renewal for up to two additional one year appointments, contingent upon available funding and satisfactory performance.
