DANSSK is an association comprising Danish users of neutron sciences, and is the Danish associate of the European Neutron Scattering Association, ENSA . Members are active scientists using neutron sciences as part of their research, and comprises both students and senior scientists. DANSSK is closely linked to the DANSCATT organization, funded by the Danish Research Council, to secure Danish use of large scale facilities within both neutron sciences and synchrotron X-ray sciences. There is as well significant overlap among the two boards. DANSCATT/DANSSK is used by the ministry as official expert panel for advise within relevant research infrastructure. DANSSK organises, together with DANSCATT and the Danish National Committee for Crystallography annual user meetings.
