ESS Bilbao

ESS Bilbao is an internationally strategic centre for Neutron Technologies, which generates knowledge and added value through the in-kind contribution to the European project ESS.

ESS Bilbao is a public consortium in which two Public Administrations each hold a 50% stake: the Spanish Government and the Government of the Basque Autonomous Region.
The centre has a staff of 61 highly qualified personnel (backgrounds in physics and engineering).

ESS Bilbao is the organization in charge of the official representation of Spain in the ESS ERIC.
